We visited The Cross Keys to see Caitlin Krisko and The Broadcast. We had fish and chips which was absolutely lovely then headed upstairs for Leeds Blues Club. Caitlin and her band were just amazing as always and the hospitality we received we fantastic. Thank you to The Cross Keys, Leeds blues club and Caitlin and her band for an amazing night!

βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ Best Sunday Roast in Leeds β Absolutely Unmissable! If youβre hunting for the best Sunday roast in Leeds, this place is the clear winner β the kind of roast that could make anyone beg for more. Everything arrives fresh with a beautiful crunch, from the perfectly roasted veggies to the golden potatoes that crackle under your fork. The meats are the real show-stoppers. The rare beef is cooked perfectly β tender, juicy, and full of flavour in every slice. The pork comes with proper crackling, the kind that shatters beautifully and adds that perfect salty crunch. Brussels with chestnuts and bacon to die for. The Yorkshire puddings are next level too: fluffy inside with that perfectly crispy outer edge you dream about all week. And then thereβs the setting. You step inside and instantly get that amazing old-pub feel β worn beams, cosy corners, and roaring coal fires that warm the whole room and make you want to stay for hours. The gravy ties everything together: rich, silky, and perfectly seasoned. Every bite feels like comfort crafted with care β hearty, homely, and honest. If Sundays mean good food, warm vibes, and a roast worth travelling for, this is the spot. Hands down the best Sunday roast in Leeds.

OK so first and foremost Cross Keys is just a great pub. Proper pub vibes. Nice and cosy in the Winter, beer garden in the Summer. Fantastic range of drinks. Well worth at least a pint starting out here from the train station if you're going for a sesh in town or coming here for food and a few hours. The service is fantastic and exactly what a pub should be. Good people looking to take care of you. We booked the function room for a very lowkey party and the service team were just fantastically helpful, communicative. The room is a fantastic size, versatile with tables and separate music, has its own bar, toilets are upstairs too. Really can't speak highly enough of it. Great pub and a team getting it absolutely right.

We came last night for the valentines menu and it did not disappoint, the upstairs was done out really nice and cosy, the food was incredible, each course was cooked to perfection and tasted unbelievable you could tell the ingredients used was great quality and that a lot of time, effort and attention went into each dish, it was fine dining at its best! Definitely be back!

i don't think it's any surprise that the ales/beers in here are absolutely spot on. but i just wanted to shout about the pies, too! this was one of the hot pies that they serve at the bar as opposed to something from the menu. it was absolutely gorgeous. ended-up having one with my first pint & another with my second! (steak & then chicken). really beautiful flavoursome pie, packed with fillings. a match-day essential if you're heading to elland road!

As I read from another review online: Great Pub, Average Grub. The Cross Keys has a lot of charm and character, with a wide variety of drink selection and tentative staff. However, our Sunday Roast was, regrettably, disappointing. All four of our meals were rather cold, and the portion sizes left a lot to be desired. One meal only came with one parsnip and a small amount of cabbage. The meat portion sizes were also small for the prices asked. Hopefully this was a one off, as this lovely pub has so much potential!

Wonderful cosy atmosphere and great service. Felt so incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was incredible and there are a lot more lines on draft than I expected which was a plus!
