   Food either arrives different to what it says and looks like on delivery platforms or half your order doesn’t arrive and then they ignore the phone!

   Ordered three different pastas, each of them tasted like plain pasta as they barely put any sauce on. Nothing like the pictures. Next time I’ll buy a 60p bag of plain pasta from the supermarket instead of £30+ for the same experience, very disappointed as was good the first time we had it

   Ordered food 1830. Told it was a 30-45 minute wait time. 7 drivers arrived at restaurant, told my food was in the oven but repeatedly kept kicking the rider off and searching for a new one before inrang them at 2015 with no answer. Called deliveroo and they said there was a really long wait time at the restaurant, hence why drivers kept getting sent away. No one called me but the time of delivery kept getting later and later. Said 2050 abd then 2230!!! Deliveroo cancelled. Never again.

   Had carbonara, but barely any sauce; also very tasteless. Had to add s&p afterwards. Garlic and cheese pizza was also underwhelming, cheese congregated to the centre which meant 30% of it had cheese and garlic. However, the rosemary fries are very good, and the doughnuts are ok.

   Opening hours are a complete joke and never stuck to. Orders are cancelled so often and the quality of the food when it does arrive, used to be very good but recently has been very poor. The phone just rings and on the eat apps such as deliveroo, the opening times change daily, sometimes just completely closed with no reasoning.
