   Having just moved to the area, popped in there today. As we were looking at the menu outside a staff member saw us and came out and welcomed us in, full marks there for top rate customer service. Tables well spaced, Very good selection on the menu, the order was taken quickly and the food was presented well, and served quickly too. Great selection of quality teas, served in a China pot and with China cups and saucers. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended

   Great service, great people, great atmosphere! I came here just once and already felt like these people knew me as family, the second visit they already knew my coffee order. They were really accommodating and genuinely ask you about your day. BEST COFFEE IN SEVENOAKS.

   Don’t go here if you’re in a rush! Came here for a coffee and breakfast on Saturday. It wasn’t the best experience right from the start. Firstly we got told we couldn’t sit at certain tables, and then got put at a table facing the wall, which another customer even said to us was ‘not a great table’ and ended up giving us his. Then our server came up and took our order, to then come back minutes later saying he forgot the entire order. We didn’t mind this, as sometimes these things happen. 20 minutes had then passed, and the same server came back up asking us to repeat our entire order again as he forgot a second time. We ended up waiting 30 minutes for 2 cappuccinos, and 40 minutes for our food. We ordered the chocolate pancakes and the bacon sandwich… the pancakes, or should I say one crepe, was appalling. £7 for one crepe with a bit of chocolate sauce. The sandwich was okay, but nothing special either. Overall, waiting 40 minutes for all of that just wasn’t worth it. It was a shame as the cafe looked nice from the outside. Sadly, I would not go back again

   We regularly use sopranos for breakfast, coffee and lunch and even afternoon tea. The staff are extremely friendly, efficient and go out of their way to find you a table. The hit food is cooked to order and lovely, and their cakes and snacks very good. They are very happy to alter anything. I personally think it is the best cafe in Sevenoaks.
