   Great shisha, service and tea. Looked after and treated by respect by all the staff. Cheap prices but doesn’t affect quality at all. Would say it’s busy so can’t guarantee space but worth waiting.

   Came down with few friends & this place 2am was litttt. Had really nice atmosphere, friendly staff & open till 4am!!! Shisha was very nice here on a pineapple head & the guy serving was very polite & welcoming. People just keep coming and coming

   We were charged £8.00 even though the total for our items should have been £7.50. When we asked why, they simply said it was a system issue and that there was nothing they could do — instead, they pressured us to pay and were quite intimidating about it. Absolutely unacceptable. There were only two dessert options available, and when we had no choice but to order something else, they didn’t even bother to apologize. We will never go back. The staff maintained a very rude and unprofessional attitude throughout.

   I came here to watch a football match, expecting a relaxed café and shisha lounge atmosphere. The place wasn't busy, and I don’t smoke, so I didn't order shisha. Instead, I ordered 2 Red Bulls and 2 banana Nutella waffles — just to have something while watching the match. First issue: we received the wrong order — 2 Red Bulls and 2 banana milkshakes instead of waffles. When I mentioned it, the staff said they don’t actually serve waffles, even though it’s on the menu. That was surprising and disappointing. I said we didn’t want the milkshakes, but they insisted we take them because we were sitting there without ordering shisha. I explained that’s why I ordered food and drinks in the first place — to respect their business. Eventually, I agreed to change the order to cakes, which were poor quality, possibly even expired, and honestly inedible. I kept them just to stay and watch the match. To make matters worse, when I went to pay, the listed prices were £5 for the cake and £2.5 for the Red Bull, but they tried to charge me £8. After an argument, they claimed the prices in the system were different from those on the menu. Eventually, I paid £7 after going back and forth with them. Unprofessional staff, misleading menu, poor-quality food, and shady pricing tactics. I do not recommend this place at all.

   Great shisha, great staff & never fails to looks after you. Baklava is always fresh, Muhammad is quite possibly the best person in any Shisha cafe in Manchester.

   I have good memories here. The live singer was gifted with a beautiful soulful voice. Staff were excellent and went above and beyond to cater to my needs. Plus they were friendly and helpful... shisha was nice too.
