Food’s actually pretty decent clean, tasty, no complaints there. Shame the same can’t be said for the woman serving. Every visit feels like I’m interrupting her very busy schedule of huffing and rolling her eyes. Asked for egg, beans, and toast got an egg butty and a sad pot of beans on the side. When I asked about it, she threw her hands up like I’d just asked her to climb Everest. The attitude is next level proper couldn’t-be-arsed energy. It’s like customer service is beneath her, but taking your money? Oh, that part she’s great at. If you fancy good food served with a side of pure attitude, this is your place. Then I asked to pay for a can of pop, and apparently that was another big issue. She made sure to remind me that each can has a different price, like they’re imported from Selfridges or something. Told me to β€œpick one and pay” and not go back in the fridge again absolute charm, that one.

Absolutely terrible service. The food itself was decent, but that’s where the positives end. The staff were shockingly rude, dismissive, and seemed to have no interest in basic customer service. Communication was awful every simple question was met with attitude. To make things worse, we were overcharged and had to argue just to get it corrected. It felt like they couldn’t care less about their customers. No matter how good the food is, it’s not worth dealing with staff who treat you this way. I definitely won’t be coming back, and I’d strongly suggest others avoid this place too.

We came on a Sunday, having been to an event in Manchester the night before. Looked this place up online for being open, having a good menu, and for being accessible as I was on crutches and wearing a surgical boot. All the boxes were ticked, and the welcome was brilliant, the lady owner was a lovely smiling hostess. The food was good, served quickly, piping hot and just what we wanted. Even on a Sunday, sited in a mainly industrial area, the cafe was busy and it is probably packed during the week. Lots of lovely thoughtful touches. All round, a great choice. Thank you

Been closed for a while, went in Monday for a breakfast. Glad to see it back open under new management. Really friendly staff and good to see it back open. Lovely food.

This Cafe will not be beaten on price. The quality is top notch and the owners/staff are all really friendly. They also give you the opportunity to swap things out, such as no mushrooms for extra hash browns on a big breakfast.
