Emma and the team at the Sett Valley Cafe are amazing. The food is excellent, great range to choose from, same with the choices of drinks and the cakes are TO DIE FOR, YUM, YUM. Can highly recommend stopping off if you are walking on the trail or just passing. It does get busy, but that shows how good it is, but the staff are so good at accommodating everyone. Thanks for a great Lunch

Cutest cafe in great location on the Sett Valley trail. Very popular with cheapish food options like pies and sausage rolls and good cakes. Great milkshakes and coffees too. Highly recommend.

Stopped at the cafe who was on the route we were cycling. Wow what an amazing little cafe. Firstly the welcome you get is awesome. Placing an order was quick and the young lady even up sells which is a great quality. There was a delay in getting food BUT we were told that when ordering. Drinks came out quickly and then the bacon and egg roll was served. Keep your Michelin star restaurants because cafes like this serve you food you actually want to eat. So thank you to the chef or cook or person who cooks it. Staff are friendly and engaging even whilst eating their own lunch. Who knew corn beef hash was even a thing. I think she was surprised when we asked where we were but once finished laughing explained, so thank you. Finally, the toilet is clean and um needs to be experienced. Bring your finest bird knowledge and identify the sounds and songs of local birds whilst β¦β¦ well simply washing ur hands. Thanks all for a great experience From those two chatty guys

Sett Valley Cafe was a delightful little stop on our afternoon drive. Itβs a cozy place with a few tables and a bathroom inside. Outside, there are various seating options to suit your preferences. They have a great selection of hot and cold food and drinks. The staff were super friendly and took our order right away. They brought our food to our table when it was ready, which was really thoughtful. The food and the driver were both excellent. It made for a really pleasant afternoon. Definitely worth the stop!

Walked over from where we are staying on the canal especially for a butty and a coffee. Such a lovely place with amazing staff. Food was great, coffee was fab (a proper flat white) and we left with huge pies and coffee beans. So glad this was a part of our walk today!

We love visiting the cafe when we drive to the Peaks to see family and often have breakfast here every day of the trip! So much care is taken with every detail, the coffee is very good and the staff are incredibly kind. We particularly like the Northern Quarter Eggs, Homity Pie and Peanut Butter Crunch but honestly haven't had a bad meal or cake on any of our 10+ visits. Dress warm and settle in for a lovely treat
