   I ordered pancake. Upon delivery I discovered it’s some version of Crêpe rather than pancake. It was very thick and undercooked. The dough was uncooked and the edges were dry as no butter was used for frying, as in pictures. It was just a stuffed bread :( As the chef can’t differentiates between pancake and Crêpe and stuff bread, don’t buy it.

   Hidden gem of Withington. Beautiful smoothies and food, and a colourful, chilled, ambient interior. The staff are all lovely, warm and down to earth people. Cafe now has stern competition with two huge corporates opening within a few metres over the course of last 18-24 months. However the coffee here really holds it own and I would say it is actually better and is less expensive. Please support small local business to keep great unique places like this open and thriving.    Friendly and very welcoming staff. I enjoyed my coffee, panini and smoothies. The best I have ever had locally with an affordable price. My coffee at Fuse would put Starbucks and Costa to shame with a fraction of the price! Thank you Fuse to make my day meaningful.

   My husband and I always look to support small local businesses when we explore new towns, this little gem was well worth a visit. The owner is so naturally warm, you can clearly see the effect she has on the local community who flock to come for a coffee and chat! I personally loved the panini and delicious fruit smoothie I ordered!!
