   One person serving, cleaning dealing with queries. Dirty everywhere as the lady was too busy to keep on top of it.waiting time too long for food, burnt overcooked when it came and partly the wrong order. Shocking.

   I’ve been a regular at Morrison’s café for years. To be honest, in the past the floors used to be dirty, the coffee machine wasn’t clean, and the tables often felt sticky. But this time, I was pleasantly surprised — everything looked much cleaner, the atmosphere felt fresher, and the whole place was more welcoming. I really hope it stays this way from now on

   This place is awful and very dirty, coffee cups stained, cutlery had dried on food and tea pots looked like they have never been washed. Ordered and paid using the QR code on the menu, went to get my daughters drink to then be told they had non and to pick a different one. The problem being all the other drinks were alot cheaper than the one we had paid for and the server just walked away never to been seen again. Would not recommend eating here.

   Went in today 17/6/22 at 14.38. Don't know why maybe a little sustenance after shopping. We always say we won't do it again. . . Well we did. Again dirty tables, not enough cutlery, Condiments and staff. The place nearly empty. Chunky meat pie microwaved (going hard as it cools). Stodgy mashed potato and runny gravy . I had sausages egg, chips and beans they can't spoil that.

   Everything was pretty bad, definitely got worse over the years. I do not blame the staff for one minute. For a long time it was one guy serving food, taking orders, restocking mugs, cleaning tables ect and the cafe was a mess with nearly every table being dirty. Again do not blame the staff, poor guy looked really down and was running about trying to get everything done. The food was alright, not bad for the price. Just felt sorry for the staff and hope this review gets seen by whoever decides how many staff get put on shift. This one star is for you and no one else!

   I went into whitefield cafe today with my sister for a coffee. I have never been into a cafe as dirty and low staff. Tables not being cleaned with old plates of food. Coffee machines filthy with milk all over them and the counter. Cups dirty. First and last time I'll be using the cafe

   The price of the food was good as there was a 50% off deal. However there was no cutlery other than knifes, no straws for the milkshakes and we only got forks after 5 minutes of asking for them, by which point the food was cold and the coffee machine stopped working. To top it all off, once we managed to actually eat our food it tasted pretty terrible. Not impressed at all, would definitely not recommend.
