   I go here so my children can spend time with their nan. Its very claustrophobic and narrow downstairs (couldnt go upstairs because Nan) Toilet is downstairs past the counter which is a pain if its busy. When its busy the queue files past the tables which feels awful. Food is ok i guess but expensive. It (obviously) smells of coffee very badly & is mega noisy from the machines.

   Really busy, coffee good. Felt sorry for guy making drinks. Till roll ran out and lady on till disappeared upstairs to get new roll and was gone quite a while, meaning everyone was waiting for their order.

   As much as I love Costa, this one is the far the worst I have been into. Not clean at all. And stuff was more interested in chatting with each other than serving customers who had to wait in a very long queue

   Came in on a Sunday morning and it was busy here. 3 staff all working very hard and all were very polite and apologetic. but….. This Costa suffers as other outlets:- not enough staff, space in the shop and seating. Big queue’s out the door. I will not be returning here and will pick and choose my visits to Costa very carefully from now on.

   Drinks & food were fine, barring the ham sandwich which had minimal ham inside. The cleanliness is a big downside to this store. Very dirty customer toilet & dust that looked like it had been there for months. Very smelly and the floors of the shop were covered in bits of food. There was also no soap in the dispenser to wash our hands. Could do with a deep clean everywhere, did not feel hygienic at all.

   Used my coupon for a free frappé and the team were all lovely and very attentive to my multiple allergies. Chloe especially took her time to try to make my order work for me and was polite, efficient and the frappe was delicious!
