We were in the area for a local waterfall, and noticed this lovely cafe. The lovely lady who served us was so welcoming and the food was fantastic - we both had a dish from the breakfast menu and left extremely satisfied! Definitely recommend the date and walnut cake - beautiful and perfect walk fuel! Thank you very much :)
Loved this place. Really tasty food and a great place for breakfast in a pretty village. If I'm passing through the area, I'll be sure to come back.
What a lovely little place with exceptional service. The lady serving us was kind, polite and attentive... all one would expect but is becoming a rarity nowadays. I will recommend the full welsh breakfast and the breakfast baps. We brought home the walnut cake which was to die for. Overall exceptional little gem in a beautiful village. Will definitely return if passing through again.
Lovely friendly atmosphere and freshly made snacks. The café used to be owned by my Nain and it always feels a little strange to be on the customer side of the counter.
Didn't enjoy at all. The waitress seems to be not used to see people from outside the town and made us feel very unwelcome... Definitely would not go there again.

A lovely stop at the café yesterday (Sunday morning) for a group of us (cyclists). Lovely coffee and homemade cakes and the lady/proprietor couldn't be more helpful. Thank you ☺️
Nice little cafe/ post office / shop, I had a ham and cheese toastie which came with crisps and a side salad, no cutlery or napkin was given to me. The toastie was delicious as was the milky coffee I ordered.
