   Perhaps my favourite Café Nero in Manchester. The space is beautifully designed, with comfortable furniture and shelves full of books that invite you to relax and linger. The coffee is excellent, and the staff are always friendly and attentive. A perfect spot for a quiet pause during a busy day.

   I am a delivery driver, and as riders we are normally allowed to receive a free small coffee when we go to collect an order. Today, I visited this stores and ordered a coffee. One female staff member had already prepared the coffee for me. However, another senior female staff member came over, and when I told her that I was a rider, she immediately refused to give me the coffee. She said that riders were only allowed a small plain coffee and spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful way, even though other Caffè Nero locations always provide it without any issue. Her behaviour was extremely unprofessional. She talked to me in a rude manner, and I felt humiliated. She even took the coffee that had already been made, and as far as I could tell, she discarded it. In the end, I did not receive any coffee. This experience left me very disappointed. I would not recommend visiting this store because of the rude attitude and poor customer service shown by that staff member.

   Great local cafe right near the tram stops. At the side of LCCC. Place is immaculate, staff are lovely and the food quality on point. Opens early morning too when test matches are on for those who need that commuting coffee before work. Call in.... you'll be happy you did!

   Decided to give this ago. Luxury hot chocolate was nice but small glass for £4.00. Luckily had 25% off with meerkat. But still £3 was expensive for what I got. Son enjoyed his chai latte. Hence 4 stars. Will try normal hot chocolate next. Parking not so great there.

   What an excellent Caffe Nero locate at Old Trafford Cricket Ground.the staff are excellent providing a friendly and quick service.the coffee is good.thw shop.is clean and comfy with easy access the to the cricket ground and Stretford team station.i would definitely recommend this Caffe Nero but can see it being packed on match days.the only down side is that there is no outdoor seating.
