    my friend needed the toilet as he bladder issues and as we were leaving the big one with ginger hair said to us in a really sassy tone “thanks for using the toilet” i found it very rude and aggressive please take suitable action against him thanks

    The staff were too busy chatting to their mates instead of serving customers. I asked for a caramel latte and was given it iced, no question to specify was asked so therefore I was given the incorrect drink, amongst that I was missed out in the queue as the employee served people behind me instead despite me waiting in front of the till to be served. The toilets were absolutely vile. You should be ashamed of your staff.

    Been a few times. Good go to place for a quick coffee and if you have some work to do on the laptop… Inside was quiet and lovely ambience sitting outside. Staff actually advised me about the allergens in the new milk which I had no clue about so I really appreciated that.
