    Me and my daughter went, we ordered a hot chocolate with oat milk and a chocolate fudge frappe with coffee and cream, I was given the frappe and the the girl looked at us and said what are you waiting for, we told her hot chocolate which she had started and then forgot about it, she finished it and then gave it to us, with a attitude and no apology, when we left and I started drinking my frappe she had forgotten to put coffee in it, I definitely won't be going there again.

    Classic. Staff stood behind the counter chatting whilst tables are full of detritus from previous customers. Dear Costa, do your job so we can sit down. Awful experience.

    The service is bad. Servers are cold and passive aggressive, the glass isn’t fully filled ever and when it is it’s half drink half foam. Costa is very expensive so it shouldn’t be like that. Also servers never present the orders nicely anymore no plates no serviettes or spoons etc.

    Dirty, expensive and the server whose name begins with P was so moody and rude she could have turned the milk. So many friendlier independents in Bramhall, won’t be going here again.

    A really friendly branch of Costa with a villagey feel - probably 'cos it is in Bramhall village! The staff are terrific - nothing is too much trouble. It's a light, airy and comfortable cafe, recently refurbed. Highly recommended for a meeting, a place to work on your laptop or just some quiet downtime.
