   I have taken my mother here for lunch a couple of times after food shopping in Stockport. Welcoming and clean looking cafe with comfortable seating which creates a relaxing atmosphere. Service is friendly and the food is really good with plenty of choice. The Victoria Sandwich and Carrot cakes on the counter looked really tempting and we will try next time we visit.

   We had a lovely afternoon tea here on Saturday afternoon. The sandwiches were freshly made and they had great fillings. The cakes were amazing, so light and plenty of choice. The staff were really friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing. It was very good value for money and we will definitely be back.

   We had a fantastic time at The Bake House! After finding out our originally planned venue for afternoon tea was closed we called the Bake House and they accommodated us at the last minute! We were too late to order afternoon tea but they did their best to give us the experience by plating up our sandwiches into a platter and putting our chosen cakes on a cake stand. Delicious baked good, teas coffees and scrumptious milkshakes for the kids. 100% recommend!

   I’ve been coming here regularly for the last couple of weeks and can say they do the BEST hot chocolate. Overflowing with cream and marshmallows. Cakes, sandwiches and staff are all fantastic too.

   The food was so lovely and reasonably priced. Really lovely , friendly staff who helped calm my toddler down (who decided to have a huge meltdown just after we’d ordered our food) with great distractions and a babycinno. Thank you so much, will definitely be back!

   An absolutely AMAZING little cafe in Stockport. Went there for Afternoon Tea for my daughters 10th birthday, from the moment of getting in touch to book the staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The spread of afternoon tea for both the children and the adults was just amazing, generous amounts, immaculately presented and very delicious. Anything we didn't manage to eat was boxed up to take away with us :-). The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely setting too, bright and airy. A little gem on Buxton Road.

   I ordered take away afternoon tea for three for a mini baby shower, it was so tasty and there was so much choice. The sandwiches, scones and cakes were all delicious (we had both vegan and non-vegan afternoon tea). Laura went above and beyond to help - thank you so much. Would definitely recommend and will definitely order again/visit the cafe to dine in. Thank you again for such an amazing service!

   A diamond found for afternoon tea. Everything was delicious, soo much choice, couldn't eat it all, so was given a couple of boxes to take home. All the drinks were yummy too. Hostess was lovely and attentive, we will be going again. xxx
