   Really disappointed with the service at Morrisons Café in Swinton. There’s a staff member called Tracy who’s accused me of stealing several times, even though I’d already paid — with her! She’s rude and has no people skills whatsoever. It’s honestly put me off going there again every time she is in, it gives me anxiety- today I wasn’t accused of stealing but was told I couldn’t take my drink out and had to “Stand there” and drink it… it was a takeaway cup? There was another occasion there was next to no drinks so I purchased one from the store and was told I couldn’t drink it… I’ve never had issues with any of the other staff, Rita in particular is LOVELY! I just feel a constant target for Tracy whenever I come to the cafe.

   Food was ok can't complain on that one. But the staff was very rude one lady was leaving and they was all standing there by the till for good 10 minutes chatting and taking pictures in "working hours " food was waiting under the heated lamp until we had to say something . Then to be told "we won't be a minute " One lady came 3x to ask what is taking too long for her poached eggs and toast . tables was sticky not cleaned properly at all .

   Heard they did a great breakfast from our grandson and not disappointed. First visit since store rdfurb. Lovely breakfast( see pictures, friendly helpful servicemen fton young lady in her first week and did us proud. A mere 5 minute wait. Fried Eggcooked to perfection, really nice sausage, hash browns , free butter and toast. Serve yourself coffee machine. Great value- we will definitely go again after early morning school run( security guy at the door very welcoming, courteous friendky and pleasant ) loved the crockery- love thd lipped plate, wzbt one- photographed thd make and model

   we went there yesterday for breakfast - never again, burnt sausage, dried up rashers of bacon - bread only half toasted! No brown sugar for coffee. compleat rip off. we tried the morrisons in Eccles 4 weeks ago - that was bad but not as bad as Swinton. never again!!!

   Ordered our breakfast at the machine there was no table numbers so went down to ask for a number to be told they are under the bloody machine by the older lady behide the counter even though they were not so she went and found them then sat on our table waiting for the food to arrive it took 45 minutes to turn up and I've never known food to be burnt and cold at the same time if I had enough pieces I could of built a house with the fried bread it was that hard and when I complained I was told what do you expect it's nearly 12 o'clock if I could of give this place -1 instead of one star I would don't expect service with a smile or a half decent breakfast

   Awful wait times due to the slowest working and most unbothered staff I think I've ever seen. No apology for bad service. 2 people asked for refunds while I was waiting before I eventually asked for my meal to be refunded too.

   Not been here in years, went for the first time and the customer service was terrible. I’m trying to catch up with family and I’ve got someone shouting breakfasts out and blaming customers for sitting in the wrong places. I’m sorry but we all had clear table numbers, that’s what they are there for. It was really annoying trying to have a conversation and a woman putting food in your face asking is this ours every 5 minutes and shouting! So off putting, and the food took about 30 minutes to come out; I only ordered eggs on toast! Not coming back again!
