It's always a popular place, with groups - mums, friends, family, mates etc to meet up. It can get a little noisy at times though. I've never been unable to grab a seat/table. The staff are very helpful, especially if you need help with your tray. Food is reasonably priced and great quality (it is M&S)!
It’s awful. How on earth people give 5* is complete mystery. Food awful and was not even 1/2 warm. Service , off hand, unfriendly, very slow. Atmosphere- there is none Ugh
Friendly and efficient service, a decent range of food and drink options, prices are a little steep though.
