Wonderful barristas - always cheerful and friendly - they know their regular customers and orders so well. Special shout out to Mandeep and Kayleigh; you are both just wonderful ❤️
When in for a cappuccino when passing with the pram at 5:45pm didn’t even bother helping with the door. Staff seems disinterested and unpleasant and coffee tastes burned this is why I would rather support local coffee shops than a high street chain
The reason I like this Costa is that, as it's always busy, they have extra staff and baristas to serve you quickly. I just use it for coffee, which is always served really hot. The staff are also cheerful and friendly.
Great staff, working efficiently to get things done speedily. The new Rolo hot chocolate is possibly the best special yet, it's up there with the Toblerone one. The cheese and ham toastie was up to standard too.
Great selection of drinks - hot and cold; food from sandwiches, teacakes, savoury & delicious cakes and snacks. Received free chocolate coins (welcome treat - special promotion). Very clean, tidy; staff behind screen. Not too busy, seating available inside & outside.
Kudos to the staff who were INCREDIBLY busy, but managed to get everybody served quickly! I had the ruby hot chocolate and it was delicious.
I’ve always been one of those difficult coffee customers who wants his flat white exactly as it should be, as if made by an Australian or a kiwi at some fancy place London and it’s always disappointing. However costa coffee in hale village not only make a consistently five star flat white but they do it with joy! Thank you.
