   I recently visited the ASDA Cafe during the busy lunch period. On the positive side, the food was good and the prices were decent, offering good value for a supermarket cafe. ​However, the entire experience was completely overshadowed by operational issues. At what should have been peak lunchtime, there was hardly any hot food available or actively being prepared.​Crucially, the young staff were visibly overwhelmed and struggling. I observed clear signs of stress and even found a staff member in the back area who was clearly upset and unable to cope with the situation. This is not a criticism of their effort, but a sign of a serious management and resource problem. ​The cafe needs urgent intervention in terms of staffing levels, training, and operational support to ensure stock is maintained during peak hours and the employees are supported. I hope management addresses this soon, as the good quality food deserves better operational execution.

   Great service and very helpful staff. I am a regular visitor, sometimes to get lunch and sometimes to place larger orders for my office. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Libby, Tilly, Beka and Ivan for helping with my most recent large order.

   **Terrible Experience at Asda Café in Broadheath** I recently visited the Asda Café in Broadheath and had a very disappointing experience. We ordered two breakfasts, and everything was crammed onto one plate, which made the entire meal soggy due to the beans. On top of that, I ordered toast, which came out completely burnt. When I politely asked for it to be replaced, the staff member took it back to the kitchen in a rude manner, only to return with the same toast after scratching off the burnt part. The toast was still inedible, so I asked again, and she finally replaced just one slice – again, with an attitude. The service was poor, the staff were rude, and the handling of food was unacceptable. I won’t be coming back and would not recommend this café to anyone.

   I went for soup on the pensioner deal whilst out shopping. My soup was cold and the manager on shift was very rude when I complained. There was nobody to complain to the customer service was shocking, I will not be going back
