We bought two cakes today around 6:00 pm. At that time, there were three staff members (two men and one woman). When we first asked about the cakes, the female staff member was very rude, ignored us, and behaved unprofessionally. Eventually, one of the male staff members served us. While we were in the middle of eating, the same female staff member came to our table and told us that the area had already been cleaned and that we had to leave. This was extremely upsetting, especially since we had already paid and were seated right in front of the counter. At the very least, we should have been informed before sitting down. This is not the way customers should be treated, especially in an airport where people are already tired and looking for some peace. Overall, a very poor customer service experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and pleasant break.

I always enjoy stopping by Caffè Nero for a coffee break. Their coffee hits the spot every time — rich, smooth and just what you need to relax or get a bit of work done. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the vibe inside is calm and welcoming, so it’s a nice place to sit down and enjoy your drink without feeling rushed. They also do tasty pastries and light bites that go perfectly with their drinks. Definitely one of my go-to cafes for a quality coffee!

Dropped into Caffè Nero above the train station at Manchester Airport and was pleasantly surprised. After a flight, you usually brace yourself for chaos, queues, and questionable coffee, but here it was the opposite. The cappuccino was spot on (smooth, rich, and strong enough to remind me I’m alive), the staff were cheerful without being over the top, and the whole place felt clean and welcoming. It’s the kind of café that makes you pause for a moment instead of rushing on, a small pocket of calm with good coffee in the middle of airport bustle. Exactly what you need when your brain’s still somewhere over Europe and your feet have just landed in Manchester. Perfect pit stop.

Great cafe located in the bus/train/tram transport terminal. Fab to get a take away to take to terminal one, two or three, or if you have time to kill before leaving the airport it's got a nice large sit down area inside. The Italian cream buns are out of this world, defo worth a try if you have not tried before. The coffee is freshly ground and delicious, great quality. The service is as fast as they can, however it can be still take a while when they are busy due to it all being hand crafted.

Nice enough cafe selling the usual choice of coffees, teas, etc with cakes, etc. Nice interior decoration. But in a bit of a strange hole near Manchester Airport railway station overlooking a road. But at least there was a cafe there - it was the only one.

2 woman working were very useless and not helpful at all. All I asked is if there was a certain ingredient in one of the products which I couldn’t have and all she replied with is check the label. And then gave me and my partner a lot of attitude after for nothing. Useless workers doing the bare minimum.

In terminal 1 Manchester airport serving fresh coffee and pastries.

The service is unfriendly and not helpful. I walk with a cane and none of the ladies offered to bring me a tray of coffee and cake to the table, even though it was a hassle for me and was both hard and dangerous for others because I might have dropped the tray and spilled hot coffee on someone. (I carry it with one hand) The music is terrible, although jazz is quite nice but not continuously for 2 hours in the morning. Not everyone likes him.

Relaxed atmosphere and very friendly service. Cuban music is playing softly and you can really relax at an otherwise highly stressful airport. You can also charge your devices here. I stayed here for several hours after having bought a single cup of tea. Thanks.
