   There are many Costa coffee outlets in the Stockport area, but this is the best. The staff are fantastic, friendly and efficient, and parking is easy with plenty of seating indoors and outdoors.

   Its 2025 and costa manages to not even update google maps on its opening times. It takes 30 seconds guys, youre closed for refit so manage your process better. Unforgivable to mess up the absolute basics and cost me a wasted jounrey

   I've only been going to this Costa for maybe 6 months; this is one of the better run Costa Coffee outlets in the area. It has fresh pastries (which most do not have) and the staff are friendly and efficient. Why only 4 stars? Well, the Internet is a bit sluggish here and the sun on the large windows can make the seating area unpleasantly hot and bright.

   We have been a number of times to this costa and usually there is no problem. Thus time it was dirty. The jugs used to heat milk were used over and over, no washing inbetwen. No wiping of the steam vent. Surfaces needed a good clean. Staff shortage can't be blamed as there were 5 employees behind the counter. Just for those that haven't been before, the toilets need a code to get in. The staff freely give the code, but its a wait to get a member of staffs attention to ask them.

   Pleasant visit on Saturday afternoon, excellent customer service displayed by the guy who was cleaning the plates and washing up, he spotted my boy having a melt down and offered him a small toblerone to calm him down. Not only was this emotionally intelligent and empathetic this natural token of kindness demonstrated excellent customer experience. I will now visit Costa more when I have the chance over other coffee shops. This man is a credit to your organisation. He wa smashing the pots and tidying up with a smile however he did so much more for your brand today.
