    Ordered new iced whip and strawberries and cream which were nice but too much ice. Git served by chap with nose ring think name badge said color very poor customer service couldn't crack a smile of his life depended on it,didn't even ask what I want just looked at me till I spoke. The total opposite was lady called myo absolute credit to Costa lovely service with a smile conor could learn alot from here. We won't rush back

    We came here for a quick toasty before going to an event. There was one girl working behind the counter (blonde pony tail incase her manager sees this). We were stood waiting to even be acknowledged and she was purposely ignoring us as she was looking round behind us while prepping some faffy drinks. Never acknowledged us at all, not a single word or eye contact, nothing. We were stood about 10 minutes to pay for our toasty .It wouldn't have taken much to say "just a minute" or something. If we weren't in a rush we would have gone to the pub nearby. After an age another lass came and served us. The place was not busy and we were the only ones at the counter waiting. The toasty was delish but they always are from Costa. Service here was shocking
