   So the coffee was nice but the staff was rude with no manners at all The serving station was dirty , the toilets looked like they are flooded and within the time of me being in the store sat down drinking my coffee not once I seen someone come round cleaning tables of cups and wiping them down and it wasn’t busy too It’s a little bit embarrassing they can’t even do the daily checks !!!

   Clean, comfortable, modern, very user friendly, eat in, take away, drive through- peaceful relaxing atmosphere , helpful attentive friendly staff,foods beautifully displayed making choices easier - great food, great coffee. Highly recommend it.

   Excellent service. The staff were amazing and went over and above to make sure we had exactly what we wanted and made us feel welcome. This was more than generally expected from a non-independant coffee shop. It was clean and had a really fresh feel to it. It was spacious and felt comfortable at the same time. Frinks were delicious. Will be visiting again when we go to the Trafford Centre.

   It's a Starbucks - what more can I say. Clean enough and the staff are fine. Food and coffee is exactly what you'd expect, nothing special but does a job. Drive through can get very busy, and the traffic on the local access (retail park) can be an issue.

   I’ve only used this Starbucks as a drive through. Can get pretty busy and the car park is awkward to que in. Often you’ll end up blocking someone’s car in while waiting in line. I got a seasonal coffee this time - toffee nut which was pretty good. Wait was long however service was pretty quite. Also got some croissant which were nice and warm. Lots have been complaining of cleanliness inside which I can’t comment on however the atmosphere inside look good.

   terribly dirty inside, it is impossible to take a table because all of them are not cleaned, rude service! I do not recommend this place!

   I visited this Starbucks drive thru on Saturday 21st November. I recieved AMAZING service from the lady on the window named Paula. She really does deserve some recognition for her friendly smile and helpful manner. I asked about the Starbucks cards and she provided me with a variety to choose from and gave me all the information I need when using it in the future including on the app. Paula really deserves to be praised for her professionalism. I shall be visiting again thanks to her.
