   Went in to shelter from rain and decided to buy myself a gingerbread latte. As soon as I stepped in was pleasantly greeted by Paula one of the staff and she served me as well as having a nice conversation about just general things. I can’t exactly remember the other staff members name but I think it may have been nick. From what I saw he seemed to be new to the job but was doing very well and made my latte to a great standard. The atmosphere was very good a nice place to sit and do some work or just have a chat. Over all great.

   A nice Starbucks to sit and waste a little bit of time but unfortunately the prices are very expensive for this store and the Trafford retail store definitely overcharging as I've been to several other Starbucks in captive places such as motorway services and centre parcs and the prices there are 20p cheaper for say an Americano or flat white etc etc. Not sure who runs this franchise or or it's Starbucks UK but definitely taking the Mick out of it's customers. If the rent is too high you need to negotiate with your landlord rather than ripping off customers. I will now no longer pay over inflated prices.

   Had a wonderful experience at the store, I went in with some requests, and the staff went way above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The café area was lovely and tidy, and the staff were super polite. Thank you for a positive experience!

   Usual Starbucks, attached to and part of Sainsburys. Entrance via the shop or the road. Parking in the shopping centre. Too many dogs inside to be clean or comfortable. Barking and fighting! Had to clean our own table. Coffee was nice.

   Just don't order through deliveroo. I've had problems almost every time Ive ordered but today was the last straw (although they remembered the straws this time) today I ordered 2 pumpkin spiced frappechinos with coffee, they both came with no coffee. I contacted deliveroo who said they would get them to resend the drinks. The replacements came, again with no coffee, but this time they were bright orange so they had obviously just put loads of the pumpkin sauce in. I won't bother ever ordering from here again.

   When this first opened it was run by a young gentleman who I presume was a manager, friendly hard working very polite and fantastic customer service. Unfortunately week on week it seems to be going downhill, I was having a coffee inside today and I counted 8 dirty tables with pots on , they stayed there for 35mins , then eventually the two young girls stopped talking cleared the tables but didn't clean them ! Isn't covid still around ? Obviously it must of gone away .I suggest some retraining take place or better still bring back the hard working young gentleman. It really is a nice place but becoming dirtier and dirtier.i also suggest phones should be locked away during shifts and maybe suggest to your staff they stop preening themselves around food . Handgel would be nice for staff and customers.
