   Starbucks provides a relaxing and premium vibe. The coffee is smooth and well balanced. There are plenty of options for hot and cold beverages. The seating arrangement is comfortable. It’s an ideal place to study or unwind. Staff members are welcoming and helpful. The overall environment feels calm and cozy. A nice place to spend quality time.

   Really busy but quick service, drink made perfectly. There was one young lady with long dark hair in a ponytail and lots of smiles. She took my order and helped all the rest of the staff. If everyone worked as hard as she does, with that level of customer service the world would the a much nicer place.

   Tables were a mess, staff were cheeky, abrupt and rude as hell. Even got an eye roll when asked between two drinks which was more "fruity".

   Last time I come here. Service is always awkward or rushed. They always charge me when I bring my own cup! The macchiato tasted like nothing but milk, there was an off taste to it, that made me feel sick throughout the day. Over £5 for a grande drink that I couldnt even finish? Waste of money. It's gone so bad this store, its never clean either.

   I came today 5 May 2025 for an oat cappuccino and the lady that served me , I think her name was Lenka or something like that, she was so rude and serious at the till . No smiling at all and with a bad face . Terrible service. The guy that passed me the drink it was really nice to me , with glasses .

   They have automatic machines so what happened to baristas...? Basically, coffee bean to cup machines. Not special and seriously expensive for virtually instant coffee. The people they employ are not trained in anything.. Customer service, handling food, or fundamental to the offering brewing good coffee or frothing milk! Crazy at £4 a pop!
