I came into the cafe for my work dinner break and I had a problem with customising a chicken burger as I strictly have it plain due to my ASD however I could not configure this on the kiosk so I went to the tills and was greeted with a lady saying “we cannot do it, Stevyn has said we are not allowed” so I explained that I have autism and I am unable to tolerate the salad and sauce and she even asked the Chef and the Chef said the same that “they will not to do it as they are not allowed to change the menu”. I started to get upset. I don’t come to Tesco cafe to be discriminated against and wasn’t given any alternatives. Please don’t come here if you have SEND

Cafe done up recently to a good standard, thought I'd give it a try. Food is unappealing, uninspiring and cafe staff unkempt . Ordered a coffee to people watch before an appontment nearby. Atmosphere is awful and management seem to spend all their time obviously having a go at staff with slight digs . Staff look worn down and wasn't a pleasant experience or very relaxing. Wouldn't recommend.

Yes looks nicer now but the food is still disgusting, male staff member was very rude and offputting as he was speaking in a disgusting way about other members of staff Would not recommend waisting your money

Sat here this morning. I ordered a yogurt and fruit bowl. Apart from it taking 35 mins to arrive. It was an awful mess. The fruit was all soggy and warm and the rest dumped in a bowl. This could have been a beautiful bowl with fruits from a punnet. Blueberry’s strawberry’s maybe raspberry’s. What a horrible mess not worth the money. Very disappointing.

All ways understaffed that means a long wait and when food does arrive it's cold so bye bye. In future we will go some where else for food before we go shoping. This was mentioned to the area manager. A real shame.

One of my favourite Tesco cafes , I love the way care is taken over presentation , whether it’s just a humble slice of toast or a full meal, care is taken. Staff are friendly and helpful. Well done!

No quality consistency in the cooking of the food. I have been and had really nice food but also I have to say this is not the first time I have been and the food has been dried out and or o recooked and to top it off has arrived cold.staff are lovely and very professional however if the produce was to standard in the first place ..... Like I have said though on a positive I have also had some really lovely food especially the child's breakfast as I cannot eat a lot....X

Very rude staff. Blondie and dark haired messing and flirting. No consideration for others. Food expensive for what you get. Wouldn't go In there again. Staff should be sacked and get proper ladies!

Breakfast was lovely but service was not very good. Took ages for food to come out, Not much choice for kids foods, not enough cutlery. Understaffed, food left on shelf for 5+mins before being sent to tables.
