   I visited this Costa today, as I usually do, but unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing this time. I ordered two hot chocolates along with some food, and right from the start, the staff seemed uninterested and unapproachable. When the food was ready, they simply handed it over without saying whose order it was, which caused confusion for several customers waiting nearby. They also asked if I wanted whipped cream on the hot chocolate — I said yes — but when the drinks arrived, there was no whipped cream at all. It felt like there was little care or attention given to the order. Overall, the service came across as rushed and careless, and the staff didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. I usually enjoy coming to this Costa for the friendly atmosphere and good service, but today’s experience really fell short of expectations. I hope management addresses the attitude and communication issues, as a little friendliness and attention to detail can make a big difference.

   Not a bad little Costa here , good parking outside Just outside where the Roxy cinema used to be. got served Promptly. It would be nice if they had a charging station in the car park. Maybe in the future worth a visit

   Visit every day for breakfast. Last week saw some flies on cakes which was reported by another customer. Sales staff reluctantly removed one item. But to be honest we were expecting all of them to be taken out. We would like being regular customer that each time the shelf is opened it should be closed. But usually they leave that open.

   As a biker, always looking for somewhere I can sat down eat in and still can keep an eye on my bike. And this cafe just as what I am looking for. Coffee and food is good standard. So far been a few times and have no complaint. Not too busy, also not too quiet. If it is too busy, people will not be happy to keep on waiting. Some people may have bad experience with the cafe. But to be honest, you just can’t please everyone. It is all down to luck. Will be back soon.
