   I’ve used this café a couple of times in the past for coffee and quick bites to eat. The food is ok but the staff are a right bunch of unfriendly miserable tools. It’s kind of reassuring to see that other people have had problems with them as well because I actually thought they had a personal vendetta against me ! Like I said, the food is fine but the staff are quite rude and don’t have a lot in the way of customer service so I probably wouldn’t recommend it if you don’t want to be treated like an annoyance and spoken to like something on the bottom of their shoe.

   Went to cafe at Tesco Failsworth yesterday ordered breakfast for my 3 grandchildren and myself. When it arrived one of the meals was missing after five minutes l asked where it was. I was told the cashier had not heard me ask for it. 15 minutes later they brought the meal. My grandson couldn’t eat it waffles were burnt in parts and bacon was fatty and looked raw in places

   We are regular visitors to the cafe never had any issues before until yesterday (27/8/25) . I was order hot drinks and my partner and child , who as Autism were sat down . My partner was making our son comfortable with his sensory toys when a member of staff told my partner that she could not sit down until she had ordered . My partner explained I was at the counter ordering food and drink , and that if our son was moved it would send him into a meltdown . The staff member didn’t show any care or sympathy and said that’s not my problem. My partner then got up and left with my son sending him into a frenzy . The Staff member then casually went downstairs outside to smoke a cigarette. It was an awful experience and we will never return to the cafe . Which is a shame as our son thoroughly enjoyed this

   Had veggie breakfast (not the vegan breakfast). Overall, the food was ok. The Veggie sausages were very good, I thought (I'm not a vegetarian).Toast was a bit soggy. Main issue was the coffee. It came with too much milk (very milky). Most places, including other Tesco's allow you to put your own milk in. Staff were helpful, on the ball.

   I eat here regularly the food is always fresh tasty and well cooked and a good temperature. The staff are lovely and can’t do enough to help Rachel Aaron Chloe Gemma Leanne and Jess are so nice and friendly they make the whole experience wonderful.
