   Went in today for a refund on online shopping order no im really sorry or u can exchange cant do return system down arrrr if u send by post u loose 3.00 so they got u then they will only put on a gift card why when u have proof of purchase u need to look at your return policy

   I like Roman Originals clothing & purchase quite a bit online - thought I would try the shop instead in passing. Not a nice shopping experience tbh, untidy & dull, staff seem unhappy or bored. I took a sale dress back within 2 weeks of purchase - no refund, only exchange or gift card policy, I was made aware when I purchased so that was fine. It seemed such hard work just for a refund. Kept waiting at the till whilst two staff members attended to one potential customer, then just seemed hard work double checking the receipt etc. I unfortunately I won't be going to the shop again.

   Good value, attractive clothes in a pleasant environment. However shopping experience completely ruined by rude, unhelpful staff. They were far more interested in having a good old chat amongst themselves than actually speaking or helping customers.
