Great selection of clothes but the customer service was poor. We had 25 minutes left before the store was closing and the lady advised us they are closing. Basically they wanted us out. Please adhere to the closing times mentioned.

I went today and saw some wonderful kurtas. However, the customer service has to be the most awful I’ve EVER seen. The staff member in the changing room looked miserable and unhelpful but I didn’t think too much of it . I went to try my clothes on and then heard an argument break out between her and a customer. I went out to see what was going on and the staff member seemed to be really annoyed with a customer who had not put her clothes back on the hangers before returning them to her . Instead of politely asking if they could be put back on the hanger, it ended up getting really personal and heated. The customer did get a little defensive and say, you didn’t ask anyone else to, so why ask me? And I have little children with me e.t.c - of course a customer would get defensive for getting told off. The staff member showed no empathy whatsoever and responded ‘well, the little kids didn’t stop you from trying the clothes on’. You wouldn’t behave like this in another store, so why here ? When the customer got defensive, the staff member responded ‘Listen, it’s not that deep, it’s really not that deep’. I had to actually leave the changing rooms and say, ‘guys, guys - come on, can we just stop’? Whilst I understand, the customer could have been polite and put the clothes on the hangers, in no way did it warrant being shouted at in the store and that unprofessional argument ensuing. When I worked at Primark, this was something customers did regularly and had I behaved like that, I would have been fired. I actually left fuming and wanted to speak to a manager to complain about the staff member. I will not be spending money in that store again.

First of all I’d like to say that I love Khaadi clothing and I have no issues with the quality of clothing but the store in bullring is kept in a mess with unhelpful staff. I’ve been to Khaadi in Birmingham bullring a few times in the past year and each time the shop has been in a mess with clothes on the floor or just dumped on top rails or till area and masses of stock being left on the changing room rails. When I approached staff in the store and asked for assistance they simply refuse to help by saying it’s all there on the rails basically find it yourself or without checking just state they have no more stock. Considering how lovely their clothing is this is a real annoyance- imagine how much sales profit you’re missing out from by the lack of customer service or cleanliness

Great experience shopping here. Extra thanks to Mariam for her excellent customer service. She is very kind and has a great, hard working and helpful attitude towards the customers. Thank you

The clothes and prices are really good. Great value for money and some really nice pieces. But the service was really bad. The assistant was really rude and had no customer service etiquette at all. They are only there to work as cashiers and very rarely help in assisting with queries or help regarding matching up tops and pants.

I have been a regular customer of Khaadi Bullring since it opened many years ago, and I have always been impressed by their friendly customer service, making friends with a lot of their old staff. However, I went in a couple of days ago and had the misfortune of interacting with a worker I had never seen before. She was incredibly unpleasant and off-putting, as well as being chubby. She had no people skills and told me and my sister to move out of the way of the fitting rooms as if we were pieces of dirt on the bottom of her shoe. No wonder all the old staff are leaving. It is such a shame as this store used to be such a welcoming place for the local Asian community to shop, always busy and full of life. However, now it has become a bland and empty retail franchise with no character.

Why have a western line. If I wanted western wear, I know where to go. Instead of expanding their asian collection, bring in more wedding collections, different styles they are reducing that and going for a more western top and bottom look.

Been couple of times to this store. I was disappointed as the changing rooms were not available. Due to stock which was stored in there. I was told you have to try the clothes on the shop floor. Many customers were not happy. Who were Muslim ladies and did not feel comfortable.

A worker called Hafsa from Birmingham bullring store is rude with no customer service skills. She kept on placing me on hold on the phone and carried on communicating with other customers. Upon asking she used lame excuse oh I cannot hear you so I called back where she answered the phone and kept on cutting me off while I was speaking and wouldn't even tell me shop manager's name. Normally whenever I visit the store never had any issues with staff's behaviour but this woman was crazy. Utterly disgusting behaviour...
