I recently had a wonderful shopping experience at Sophie Bea's Boutique in Solihull. What made it very special was the way the shop assistant helped and guided me. Izolde was most friendly, professional and helpful throughout my hour long visit there. It was a very busy Saturday afternoon and she had to deal with many customers, however she never lost her patience or interest to assist me with my requests. I'll definitely go back to the boutique.
