I just want to say that I had fantastic experience from the beginning stages and to the end. Aunty Kulsoom was very kind and friendly. She helped find my dream wedding dress so thank you so much. I did have good customer service and loved how my wedding dress fitted perfectly on my body. I Would definitely recommend getting bridal outfits from here
My brother recently purchased a black and silver Sherwaani from Adaa Boutique, and I must say, it was a good experience from start to finish. The collection they have is diverse and elegant, with styles ranging from traditional to modern — perfect for weddings. The staff were helpful and patient. They listened carefully to my brothers preferences and guided him through the different options available. The attention to detail in the stitching, embroidery, and fabric quality was top-notch. He ended up choosing a really nice sherwaani for his wedding. The delivery was timely, and they made sure all the alterations were done nicely for him. Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! DO NOT RECCOMMEND. ordered my sisters wedding dress in May. Came at the end of July 2 weeks before wedding.on top of that it came in the wrong color. They made the base Chocolate Brown with red embroidery. We asked for gold had pictures and everything and they still blamed it on us. We gave a deposit of 200 pounds. Did not take any responsibility trying to convince us to buy it. Worst of all my sister started to cry since it was so close to her day and she didn't have a dress and the man had the audacity to ask why she was crying. The dress was nothing like we asked they completely ruined it. They refused to give back the deposit and we said we weren't leaving and to give the managers number. They only gave us when they had many customers come in and when we phoned him the manager said and I quote" you have no proof it's our fault". WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Been over 4 weeks and we did not get the deposit back.
Came to Adaa boutique to find a wedding suit for myself. Found an amazing suit but was unavailable in my size. I needed my suit within 1 month. But they were able to get it perfectly tailored and delivered within 2 weeks. Fantastic service would highly recommend for first service too.
