   Avoid at all costs! I had a terrible experience here last year for bridesmaid outfits. Placed a made to measure order and was told clothes would arrive on x date. After several chase ups in the lead up AND past this date I received little to no updates. Finally the clothes arrived 1 week before the event! But the quality was very poor and the clothes arrived smelling very, very bad. Not only that, measurements were taken incorrectly therefore the clothes required several alterations which required many unnecessary trips to and fro. Staff/owner initially nice when we placed the order but completely switched up when we asked for updates and alterations. Save your money, time and sanity by avoiding this shop.

   We had ordered our clothes last minute for the wedding and had changes made to them. We were unsure of whether we would get the clothes on time but the owner and staff reassured us. We had gone back to pick up the outfits and they came perfect exactly how we wanted them. They also had a tailor there available in case we needed to make any changes which they accommodated to for us. Overall so happy with all our outfits and customer service was amazing. The owner and staff there are very lovely. Definitely will be going back there for any future events.

   I just wanted to thank all the ladies at ghungaroos for their kindness and patience with me in helping me choose my walima and mehndi dress. As I am not from Birmingham, I went to numerous shops but the service and approach in ghungaroos made them stand out. I visited the shop several times over a few months and kept trying the same dress on and they never forced or pushed me into buying. It was clear this dress was made for me and when it came to the price they were very kind and mindful of my budget and we were so happy with them. I even came back to get my mehndi shararra last minute and they looked after me both times.

   I want to thank Chunni from the bottom of my heart ❤️ I asked her on the phone i only had 5 weeks to get a outfit for my daughters wedding could she do it she knew I was anxious but she gave me reassurance and said after speaking to her supplier it will be done due to work commitments I couldn’t come to shop however, being a old customer she knew my taste and what I like she showed me sample and designed the outfit I only gave her a colour she knew the stress i was going through and stayed in contact throughout. The outfit came in three weeks! As an emergency and omg! The outfit was even better then I imagined beyond expectations also it was absolutely perfect fit hats of to you Chunni for meeting my needs and nailing it, not only that the outfit my doughter chose for her wedding from a different shop which she ordered like 3 months ago was absolutely horrendous again Chunni came to the rescue a day before my daughters wedding !! She brought a beautiful outfit out my doughter she absolutely loved it and looked amazing a lesson learnt to my daughter she’s never going anywhere else apart from ghungroos thankyou thankyou thankyou ! Love you loads and keep up the good work
