   Humayra was friendly and efficient when serving me. Didn’t catch the names of the two colleagues also on shift (blonde lady and brunette lad with long hair) but it was lovely seeing people having fun on a busy shift whilst also getting things done

   Nice and clean coffee shop, with lovely staff. Nicely stocked with a variety of seasonal foods and beverages to select from. Bella served me today and she was very helpful at creating the perfect hot drink I wanted. Nice atmosphere in here and not too busy or cramped despite being in a train station. Will definitely come here again x

   Popped in here a few times for a coffee. It has always been pretty much what you would expect from a Starbucks. The store can get extremely busy which is too be expected. Can say that I get decaff and they have never got it wrong which is more than some places.

   Was sat outside the shop when a staff member approached me with a sample of the pretzel hot chocolate. This drink really took me by surprise, very rich chocolate taste with a sprinkle of pretzels on the chocolate whipped cream. Perfect pick me up winter drink.
