   Was recently in Costa Timperley. The staff are always really lovely & helpful, but on this particular day, there was a lady working there who was going above and beyond for an elderly gentleman who had lost his wife. She was absolutely amazing and so kind, even walking his dog for him while he sat and had a cup of coffee. The staff are what make this store and you should be very proud!

   I visit most weekends and the staff are so welcoming. They really make you feel a valued customer and are interested in how your days been. I visited today Friday and the young man I have been served by on a weekend has really come out with more confidence, after a hard week at work he made me feel listened to whilst waiting for my coffee as normally in my job I am the one who has to listen. Thank you ☺️

   Barista burnt milk. The management should ensure that baristas prepare Costa level coffee, otherwise no point to go to this Costa store. i don’t believe they use Costa coffee beans!

   Always had exceptional service here. Even when it’s been really busy. Niamh in particular is brilliant. Always friendly and polite and makes brilliant coffee. Nothing is too much trouble. All the staff are great but shout out to Niamh in particular who even when faced with rude and difficult customers doesn’t lose her cool and remains professional

   I go once or twice a week for a oat milk coffee and a vegan toasted sandwich the staff are very nice and helpful all the time the place is clean and well set out has more of a family run feel about it than the other costa coffee shops I've been to. Friendly staff.

   Pluses - good cappuccinos, nice staff. Minuses- noisy, often lots of parents with children; often long queues; today only paper cups. Why should I pay £3 plus for coffee in a paper cup? Not the only Costa where the dishwasher is broken. Where are the contracts for repair? This needs sorting out.

   Quite possibly the worst coffee shop I've ever been to. The few times I've been there, every single time they're incredibly slow, don't cook the hot food properly so it's either undercooked or nuclear hot, and the place is just grubby and messy. Today, one of the servers filled up a jar of marshmallows, spilled most of them and then proceeded to scoop them up with her bare hands (along with whatever else was on the counter) and place them in the jar!

   Really excellent service and great atmosphere. Sue specifically helped clear a table that had been left an absolute mess by customers before so that I could sit there. So much so that it was spotless within seconds. The rest of the staff were also incredibly kind and welcoming
