I got my wedding lengha from pinky upstairs. Was amazing & she really helped me. From the fitting to the price it all good! Really happy with how it looked and fitted on the day! Just overall good experience and the staff went above and beyond to help and resolve any issues we had!

Had a really lovely experience with Naeela at the back of the shop. She was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. Incredibly, she found the perfect suit for me on the very first try! She made me feel completely at ease about sizing — nothing felt like a problem, and it’s clear they cater to everyone. Great range, great prices, and amazing service.
I never bother to write Google Reviews but I was honestly taken aback by Diya S. Reasonably priced and the level of service was incredible. Felt like this was too good to be true, and then my outfit arrived and I was pleasantly surprised some more. No issues, good quality, perfect fit, minor adjustments which were completed there and then. I literally got everything I asked for. I definitely will be back here and recommend this place to everyone I know.
Had a very good experience today. Went in with my family looking to purchase different outfits for lots of different events. I did not catch the ladies names, but they were excellent in helping us find different outfits. You can try them on in the store as they have fitting rooms which is great, and they have such a large selection. I arrived very sad that an outfit I purchased from a different store for an event wouldn’t come in time, but I came out of the shop happier as I managed to find something a lot nicer and for a good price. What is even better is they are generally flexible with prices - I managed to get money off both of my outfits. The cherry on the cake was that they have an in- house tailoring service upstairs that will do any alterations you need (as long as they are minor i assume) on the day, no questions asked. I needed 2 tops to be altered, we came back an hour later and they were perfect, and the alterations didn’t cost too much at all. I was thoroughly impressed, and for any future events I have I know where I’ll be going. They look after you here, and there is always someone ready to help!
Amazing service always when I come into the shop. Got many family bridal outfits and occasion dresses. Always always helpful and can turn around custom made clothes so quickly. Pinky auntie is so wonderful and genuinely cares about her customers. She always does her best and goes above and beyond. Many shops just care about getting your money and delivering a sub standard clothes, but Diyas care so much. They want you to feel good in your clothes and always give a fair price. That's why I always come into the store.
I bought my wedding dress from here 2 days ago. I needed a dress off the shelf as I don't have time to have one custom made. The ladies in this shop were absolutely brilliant, they were so helpful and polite throughout. The fitting and alterations were done within a couple of hours as I had travelled from out of town. Auntie Pinkie was fantastic, very patient, friendly and extremely helpful throughout along with Payal who also helped me with wearing and taking the dress off. I will certainly be recommending this place to my family members and friends. Thank you so much for such a stress free experience and for providing me with a beautiful dress that was altered to perfection
Excellent service from the ladies and gents at Diya's, it's important to mention that while I'm a born-and-bred UK lad, I was made to feel right at home with working out the perfect fit and fabric for my first suit here (usually quite difficult as I'm pretty long-limbed). Special thanks to Pinky who really shone with getting the order done on short notice, and kept me updated at all stages of the process- thanks again!
