   Not been in for a while as only visit the area every few months. Since I was last in the pub has now started offering food. I tried out the Philli Cheese Steak wrap, service was prompt and the wrap was cooked to perfection, hearty portion as well, all for just £12. The food offering is pub food - sandwiches, wraps, skewers, burgers and loaded fries but for a small wet led venue it hits the spot. I would definitely recommend.

   We ordered 4 different items from the menu and all 4 were dry. The barmaid was too busy talking with a regular/boyfriend to serve at the bar . knowingly left me stood waiting at the bar to be served for a good 5 minutes.

   Great proper pub, friendly too. Nice drinks. Will go again! Shame they don't do light food like the Fox & Pine & Ashton Arms in Oldham? With an air fryer it would really easy!

   I've lived in Uppermill for around 3 years and this is hands-down my favourite pub. I wish I could hire the staff they have as their customer service skills are exceptional - great, friendly and professional. Very open, warm feel that reminds me of good old fashioned pubs rather than having 72" TVs and tacky neons plastered everywhere. I'll be back in for a Jamesons and lemonade asap

   Very rude staff! Drinks were snatched out of our hands when the people we were with left. Thought it would be a nice place to have a drink and a bit of karaoke but got rudely shoved out when they thought we were underage but didn’t ask us for ID. But they were serving underage children with fake ID’s when they were clearly fake!

   Great little pub, great atmosphere , loved the pool table and there was some really good music being played , the barman was really friendly , cant fault the place at all , the only negative was there was nothing for you to dry your hands on in the toilet
