down hill since paul left, cheap beer but awful atmosphere. been going in here since i was a child and always felt welcome but this place is now the most un welcoming pub. such a shame as a lot of the older generation have stopped going in… awful to take that away from them! bring paul back!

Friendly busy pub. Always a smile at the bar. Welcoming locals to the "comers in". Sporting events advertised on Facebook so you know what's coming up so you can get chance to make your excuses to the wife (or husband) for missing the family event in advance. Nice beer garden to the rear.
