La Table at The Regency Hotel -The food and service excellent, good location. Small bar ( not a pub) comfortable seating. Relaxed private dining area suitable for couples, business partners or friends.Great Specials , superb for groups
Lovely place but the food was very rich for me so unfortunately I couldn't eat my starter of stuffed mushrooms with home made pate. My husband had the seabass as his main but it was drowning in garlic butter, way too much. My main was beef stroganoff, it was edible but I think I chose wrongly. The servers were great, very friendly and nice but alas the food for me let it down.
We've been visiting L'Experience for around 20 years. Food is always excellent, great service and a good atmosphere. French onion soup and fillet steak never disappoint! A favourite with our group, highly recommended.
Great place to eat if your staying at the regency, steak was cooked amazing but lacked any flavor besides the butter on it.
Had lunch there ,the food was excellent and so was the service . The bill came to much less than expected i will definitely be returning soon
Been here many times, food is exceptional, always adaptable to suit your tastes. I go there at least once every time I visit the island

I am staying at the hotel and have had two dinners here. The food is very good, but the waitress, or whatever she is, is extremely rude. Tonight I was deep in thought, reading an important email. Without addressing me, she started yelling at me and asked if I was OK. I guess she wanted to take me to a table, but I didn’t know she was talking to me. I have trouble with my hearing and with her French? accent, I was having trouble understanding her. As she recited the specials, I told her I wanted the Wueenies. She kept going and at the end I again said what I wanted. She turned and walked away. After a few minutes, I realized that she hadn’t asked about sides. She said, “Oh, do you wish to order?” Yes, I did. She never came near my table again. I am unable to get anyone’s attention and am still sitting here 20 minutes after the table was cleared. I asked another girl last night if I could get my bill and got a snippy, “I am not your waitress!” I have two more nights here and need to decide if I will eat here, no matter how good the food is
