Very busy chippy, staff where friendly and helpful. I got a chicken burger meal and it was lovely. Only downside was they forgot to put salt on my chips although they were very busy. But food was delicious and will be back when im near there again.
I walked in it seemed to be a good place the worker was okay I wouldn't say brilliant because she was kinda rude the food was really good it was cooked perfectly I got a 6oz burger it was really good and juice for £5.50 all and all I would go. Reviews seemed good so thought I would try as been before and it was lovely. My partners sausage supper has a hair wrapped around the chips& my father in laws bacon was burnt to a crisp, considering I ordered a meat pastie and it came as a burger battered. Would have put a by ball about the hair but considering the girls behind counter had no hair net or hats. They remade my partners food but she was physically turned due to having a phobia of hairs in food. No refund offered just a new meal.
During our home renovation, our kitchen was completely out of action, so we decided to treat the builders to some fish&chips. I hadn’t been to this takeaway in years, but wow, it did not disappoint! The fish was perfectly cooked, the chips were delicious, and the cheesy chips were absolutely to die for in my daughter words. The food was so good, in fact, that we ended up coming back the very next day for another round for the team. Highly recommend... great food and great service!
Just try the Cowboy supper! Hard to fit it all in but too delish to leave any. Plus I swear that gorgeous little blonde lady with the amazing smile twinkled those lovely peepers at me on purpose! I could have just melted.....
Ordered £30 worth of food, Asked for a meat pastie and got a battered beef burger. Cheesy chip with beans was very dry, other food was ok but wouldn’t go back.
We were camping in Tollymore Forest and wanted to have a meal instead of cooking today. We walked past the Oak Grill initially but decided to try it. Lovely diner and staff really helpful and friendly. Real potatoes chipped and very generous portions. Worth a visit when you are hungry. Thank you girls, your customer service is outstanding.
Massive portions, really cheap as well. Food tastes great and very friendly, welcoming staff. Quite informal relaxed vibed loved it
