We were initially hesitant to visit Côte, especially after our local branch closed and the brand changed hands a few months ago. Our pasta was overcooked and my Salmon pasted well-done. However, deciding to celebrate our November birthdays there, knowing the menu generally caters to my specific dietary requirements, proved to be a good choice. While we did notice some differences in the current product offerings compared to the "old" Côte, the staff made all the difference in the most spectacular way. Our evening was guided by the polite and professional service of Sayed, and then elevated to the next level by the manager, Tiffany. Once Tiffany learned that it was a joint birthday celebration and that I had specific dietary requirements, she immediately stepped in. She helped Sayed coordinate our birthday treats, going above and beyond by insisting we wait and personally bringing out my absolute favourite: a perfect Crème Caramel. What we thought might be a disappointing evening turned into a truly impressive one, thanks to the team. A huge thank you to Sayed and Tiffany for creating such a fantastic experience—and the lovely receptionist deserves a mention too!

Celebrated a friends Hen do here. We had a table for 6 towards the back which was nice! Our server was good, however the time for our food to come out was quite long, we were nearly late for our show at the Novello theatre. Atmosphere was very nice but the food was not as good as I had hoped.

Had a lovely dinner at Côte Covent Garden! Their menu offers something for everyone. I enjoyed the corn soup with glutenfree bread, the tomato harissa tagine and the vegan ice cream. The staff helped me pick a suitable wine. The Bordeaux was very tasteful with the tagine. I have very much respect for the hardworking staff who are very customer friendly and also knowledgeable about allergens. My compliments for your restaurant and service. I sat next to a couple who came more often at Côte restaurants across England and they told me the quality of their food was always guaranteed: an undisputed standard that they intend to keep high. I’d love to visit you again during my next visit to London!

We went on a weekday evening without a reservation and ordered right away. There was only one other table next to us who ordered just after—and even chose the same dish. After waiting around 25 minutes with no food, we asked the staff to check, especially since the other table had already received their salmon. Our food arrived immediately after we followed up. The duck confit was even served to the wrong table at first. When we asked for the bill, we requested to remove the service charge, as we didn’t feel the service was acceptable. A staff member responded rudely, saying, “The salmon takes at least 15 minutes,” in a clearly annoyed tone. I pointed out that the service charge was optional, and after speaking with his supervisor, he brought us the updated bill. Although the food was average, the poor service left a bad impression—I won’t be returning to this branch.

Nice atmosphere inside, starters and food came at ample timings. Good experience and attentive staff wasn't so busy as we went on a Tuesday. Had the seabass or salmon? and white wine.

The Fried Calamari was greasy and the tartare sauce could do with improvement. However, the Breton Fish Stew was amazing, very flavoursome and the seafood was perfectly cooked and succulent. Really hope they keep this on the menu as I'll be back for this for sure!

Good, tasty food in a comfortable atmosphere. Ordered from the fixed price menu (£16.95 for two courses), which was good value for money and exactly as expected. However the espresso martini was a little expensive (£9.25), and while acceptable almost seemed as though it had no alcohol in it. Mostly attentive service (save for towards the end when trying to get the bill when we seemed to be forgotten about), with friendly, polite staff.
