   So we order on line for collection and hope to avoid time browsing in the shop and queueing. Went to collect my order, found a large queue waiting to pay, I asked a member of staff if I have to queue just to collect? The very unhappy, staff member said I needed to queue, no smile, no friendliness found in any staff I saw or had contact with. Poor shopping experience. The payment system is very slow even with self service.
