   The owner was so disgusting to me and my friend, calling us racial slurs , she discriminated against my friend and made her feel so little this is no way for any manager to act ! I’m so appalled by this behaviour ! Do not recommend spend money else where.

   This is one of the best pubs in the area. I have been going here on and off since way before it was renovated last time and Julie and her team work hard to make this a fun and welcoming place to go. There is no food but the cost of a pint is reasonable, has live music every weekend, has a small enclosed outdoor area and you are not constantly looking over your shoulder. How often do you hear the words “We have had to shut the front door as we are full” in pubs any more! Keep up the good work Julie.

   I really liked the smoking area here — once it was opened for me — and out of all the pubs I visited in Hazel Grove that day (too many) it felt like the only one I could actually relax in… Also the alcohol free drinks are reasonably priced with Heineken 0.0 being £3.30

   It's OK,could be a real gem of a place but just lacking a little. It needs good music at a medium level and not an overly loud DJ...its a small pub,it's not big enough for loud music. But staff friendly.

   Lovely pub. Well run with good staff and always a decent cask ale on. Regularly have live music and we saw the brilliant Manc Elvis last Saturday.

   Comfortable, large pub at the south end of Hazel Grove. Recently refurbished to good effect. Pleasant walled garden to the front where you can see the busy roads in action. Internally, it consists of a pool room to the left, bar and associated high seating to centre, then a lounge type area to the right. There is a small stage, and plenty of TV sport. Pizzas served all day. Three cask ales.
