Ordered a family box on just eat which included chicken and chips. The food has come and we have essentially got breaded chicken ribcage and no meat! On some parts the batter wasn’t even cooked it was still grey and soggy. So disappointed as we have tried other food from here and liked it but this wasn’t even edible and just disgusting
Ordered on the phone for collection, person on the phone said 40 to 50 mins. I said to him that its not for delivery but collection. I will be coming to pick it up, so why 50 mins, he said we are very busy but ok come in 35mins. I said thats fine. Anyhow I went to collect and pay. Whilst I was there I was on a call to someone so I didnt chat to anyone just payed and left. When I got home I realised there was an extra meal which they charged me for but I didn't order. I rang them and told them what had happened, the guy on the phone started saying that he repeated the order to me 4 times. I laughed and said why would you need to repeat the order 4 times? We was just going round in circles so another person from Homies came on the phone and I told him that I dont want to throw the food in the bin so come collect it. I also stated that if you dont want to return my money if you think im in the wrong then don't, but come collect the food as it will go to waste. He said he will send a driver and will return the money. I waited 2 hours no one came. Quite sad actually as the food was nice but customer service let it down
Ordered a milkshake and it was clearly either off or something was wrong with machinery. Milkshake tasted like a gas hob smells or sulfur. Not good
Yesterday I had my first order and definitely is not the last one . Chicken is so tasty and so juicy,unbelievable. Chips extremely crunchy and very tasty, garlic sauce is so amazing. And completely forgot , the portions are so big unexpected! Top take away in this area,definitely!
We ordered for delivery, we ordered pamesan and wedges. Pamesan was fine but wedges, prices pver £3.00 were horrible. They were not even potato wedges, they sent potatoes peels only. It was so horrible. It was only peels not potato at all. They probably sent then because they their stocks were finished or whatever but it's totally unfair and very bad thing.
This place was out favourite take away but recently food over cooked, just thrown together, prices have shot up but quality of food has gone way down! Also the time waiting for collection is ridiculous! Will be finding a new place to eat...
Absolute joke! Ordered online and took over an hour to come! When the food finally arrived I was missing a fruit shoot after I ordered 3 kids meals and only received 2 drinks. I asked if there was another one and he said it was in the bag which it wasn’t. The food was stone cold when it arrived couldn’t even eat it. The kids cheese burger came with lots of mayo, onions, lettuce and tomatoes on it when that wasn’t even mentioned. I was not happy! Although they didn’t have finish fingers and rang me straight away to change to something else.
Order food at 1am (after finishing my half night shift) and they didn't have the wedges in. Rang me straight away offering something else. Ordered a burger and fries. Burger was awesome! Chips with cheese sauce was nice too. Would definitely order again. Food turned up in 40 minutes. Well presented, hot and for 1am was fantastic service. Well done Homies!
Paid £12 for Homies special chicken parmesan, should come with creamy cabagge, salad & chips! Meal came realy small, almost with no chips and NO SALAD at all !! Not worth the money, total rip off !!! For £12 I could get a nice meal in restaurant!! Also ordered 2x Coca cola cans for which I paid more however received 2 x Pepsi instead!! I don't like pepsi!! If I order and pay for something specific and these are not in stock I should be contacted and asked for substitute !!!!! You don't make that decision for your customers!! Pizza came really poor! Burnt and almost with no ingredients, all I could taste was just dough! Worst pizza I ever had in my life!! Ordered for the first time from HOMIES, and so far this was the worst order I ever had in my life! Such a disappointment and waste of money !!
Just ordered from Homies after a lovely meal last time - certainly seems to have gone downhill tonight. This is my 'chicken salad wrap', which seems to be missing the salad, and most of the chicken to be honest...so disappointed after a previously impressive meal with a good portion size. Mozzarella sticks good, but hardly makes up for the main meal...
