   Waited an hour and ten minutes with my group of 6. They came over to say that “Yorkshires were just holding us up” before coming back and saying they didn’t have the veggie roast items that we paid for. I then looked at previous reviews and it’s clear that the place is consistently bad with delivering meals in a timely fashion. They wouldn’t refund us on the spot and took our emails on the back of a receipt paper (I don’t see them sending the refund back in a timely manner).The food looked good but unfortunately the service is not good enough and it was incredibly unprofessional. Constructive criticism, if you run out of items, make sure your inform your booked customers that has just ran out and not wait over a hour. Also add more kitchen staff. We were not the only table waiting this amount of time and other table dishes got sent out cold.

   Staff seem insulted when they have to stop chatting amongst themselves and serve you. Cask beer was too flat. I used to love this place - been coming here since it was The Bar. Not eaten here so don’t know about that.

   1★ EDIT: I’ve shortened my review as I don’t want to dwell on it any further, but I had an unpleasant experience with a staff member and won’t be back. I know reviews can affect livelihoods and the behaviour of one person shouldn't have to drag others down, hence the edit. I just hope the issue was handled properly.

   We had a lovely Sunday roast here. Really reasonable prices. Staff were v friendly, Portion size was perfect. Will definitely be coming back here :)

   Food good. Beef a little tough for my elderly mother. My lamb shank was nice. A little awkward ordering on the app as elderly my mother wanted to pay who doesn’t do apps. Resented a £9 service charge being added as in effect by ordering on the app there is no real service apart from someone bringing the plates out. But the service charge can be taken off. But would revisit.

   My pork dinner was lovely but really wanted lamb! Husbands beef was like cardboard! Rest of it was ok!

   Really nice to see that some small brewers are happy to fly the sour flag in a market overwhelmed by IPAs. The only thing I would say is that there were lots of 'imperial' drinks - maybe these are good for winter, but I tend to steer clear of such strong beers.

   One of the best vegan roasts we've ever had. Multiple vegan options, which is great. Really good food and even had vegan Yorkshire puds. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hubby said the beer was good too and he bought some to take home. Easy to find free on-street parking with a couple of mins walk. We'll be back!

   Had short time in Manchester but a lot of choices. Thanks to Charlton Tap for not disappointing me. Worth to visit for such amazing craft beers. They have great variety of cask, keg, cider n delicious Mexican food. The most I love about atmosphere is they have two places for sitting. One with music n one without music so u can choose where u like to fit urself in that atmosphere. Staff is quite nice n helpful. If u compare the prices they r charging, it’s nothing what we paying in London city. Anyhow thanks for making our trip so interesting.
