We have visited this establishment several times and have experienced a few issues including cold food and missing food. We usually overlook these matters as we enjoy the pub. However, on our most recent visit a manager informed us that we must report these incidents so they can take action. Today we informed the waitress that the food should be warm. She agreed and the food arrived. However, the meat was cold again and contained pieces of fat. We then informed the staff and they took the food away. The manager returned and suggested we warm it up. We declined and requested a fresh meal. The staff prepared a new dish but the meal was warm but again the meat contained excessive fat. We discovered foil in the food and informed the manager who removed it. The manager then returned and stated that the foil was off the try . We requested the bill and asked for the head office email. The staff informed us that they would have to search for it. The waitress then offered a 20% discount which is bad in my eyes. Also seems like they donβt want to sort problems out as if it comes out of there own Money.

4 of us booked for Sunday brunch which was absolutely amazing, nice menu, very competitively priced & excellently executed getting the simple things right like with hot plates, crispy hash browns, a steak cooked to perfection & nicely seasoned food. Service was efficient & very friendly. All in all a great visit & the perfect way to start the day.

The menu has a lot of variety, something for everyone. There's also a hot and cold sandwich menu for lunchtimes and a special 2 courses menu for a very reasonable price from 12pm M-Th, suitable for lunch or dinner. nice decor and atmosphere, service is always fantastic and personable. Enjoyed Cobb salad, pie of the day (comes with delicious gravy and sides), and dessert of Eton mess. Highly recommended!

We have just enjoyed a Fathers Day meal. My son and I had the Sunday Sharer which completely exceeded my expectations. They were generous with the meat, which was moist and tender, and the unlimited Yorkshire puddings and gravy was so generous. They didnβt wait for us to ask, they kept suggesting did we want more?? My husband had the Fathers Day steak and he loved it. The service has to be mentioned. Outstanding! Emily H was so good. She handled all our changes and kept checking on us. She was really knowledgable about the food and allergies and we hope she is our server again next time because we will certainly return!

New Bar/Restaurant opened in Bramhall/Woodford. We was welcomed upon arriving and was quickly shown to our table. Excellent service upon arrival. The waitress came to the table with the menu's and information us with specials of the day. We ordered drinks (2 Coffees and a Large Coke) the Coffees was made perfect, probably the best I've had in a Pub/Restaurant. We ordered from the set 3 course menu Β£16.95. We chose... Starter: 1 soup of the day and 2 black pudding fritters. All perfect, hot and perfect size. Mains: 1 Fish Cake and 2 6oz steaks and Chips. Steaks should have been mid rare. Unfortunately we had to send the first 2 steaks back as they was well under cooked in fact you could say they was still mooing. The staff handed it in a professional manner and brought back two perfectly cooked steaks. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Pudding: This was perfect. Two Stickey Chocolate Puddings. Delicious. Overall we had a great experience, I can't fault any point of the Experience. The staff and service was excellent and made the afternoon every enjoyable, THANK YOU. We will definitely be going back in the very near future. A small add on: Toilets are up stairs, perfectly clean. Disabled toilets are on the ground floor.

Really cosy considering it's size, it's clean, dog friendly and the staff are brilliant. Whatever you need, they are there! The food was amazing. We did the lite lunch, 3 courses for Β£16.45. Absolutely fantastic value for what you got. They have now moved on to the cosy lunch for Autumn 2022 and we will be back to sample those tasty meals too. Have to give an extra shout out to Ian our barman/server who was a really top guy and made our day! Just a quick note to book ahead where possible if you are going for food as it gets super busy at times.

Very modern estate pub. Part of large Redrow development. Not a big fan of estate pubs (dying all over the country in local authority post WW2 estates.) This estate has some Β£1 million houses. Pub welcomes drinkers as well as diners. Very good pint of Lees bitter. John Willy Lees put a lot of effort into their new pubs now-a-days. Back in the 70's they built an ugly pub in the ugly Manchester Arndale Called ... The John Willy Lees. A toilet in a giant toilet.Come a long way.

Truly amazing! Amazing atmosphere, great service and the food was just divine. I had the lamb shank and it was beautiful. We were seated right away with our drinks to us in seconds. The decor was beautiful to match. Thank you for such a lovely evening.
