Pretty awful. Poor beer at expensive prices. Pretty grotty feel inside. Very clicky and very unwelcoming. Music and karaoke blaring out ridiculously loud for such a small pub, especially with the clientel obviouslyhaving had more than one too many. Feel sorry for the neighbours.
Very rude people, the second we came it was assumed we wouldn't be purchasing food or drinks even though we planned to. They even blocked the door.
This pub is 1 click if your face doesn't fit you are more than unwelcome weblived here round the corner 6minths and always felt we never got a warm welcome my children 14 15 19 walked to our local shop passes the hanging gate and were set upon of 10-25 drunken men causing serious injuries bite marks to the face the owner lady in her 70s punching my son and all strong working men repeatedly kicking and stamping on my daughters friends head they have been left j a terrible way and now men in their 30-50s have sneaked around 8pm and smashed all mine and my children's windows and they have destroyed their confidence and trust in any adult it's a pub full off all day drinkers weed smoking and drug taking thugs !!!!
I've not been in this pub for over 30 years, but I remember it being lovely. It didn't disappoint, the bar staff were lovely and it has a nice homely feel. Definitely one to try.
Went there after a funeral it's a nice pub staff were pleasant friendly and helpful .

Average local pub. Not very busy, beer is average price for area, they have a music box, sometimes they have entertainment on. Staff are friendly
