I love this place. Go Burrito has no business being this good, yet here we are. The staff are always ridiculously friendly, especially Isaac (I think that’s his name, but honestly, burrito wizard might be the more accurate title). I ordered a large Chicken and Chorizo burrito with refried beans, salsa, lettuce, cheese, guacamole, and crushed Doritos (yes, Doritos, trust the process). “Incredible” doesn’t even begin to cover it. This thing was CRAMMED. Absolutely packed to the structural limits of burrito physics. I’ve added a picture, but it honestly doesn’t do the size justice. This burrito was less of a meal and more of a commitment. I genuinely do not understand how Issac managed to wrap it. There was so much going on inside that tortilla it felt less like food and more like an art installation. Not a single ingredient escaped. No leaks. No blowouts. Just a perfectly engineered, flavour-loaded masterpiece. If burrito wrapping were an Olympic sport, this would be gold medal stuff. Go Burrito isn’t just a meal, it’s an experience, and I’ll be thinking about that burrito for an unreasonable amount of time

Been coming here sometimes 2/3 times a week since around 2016 when it was faultless and people cared It was 1 of the last good food places in Lancaster until lately The quality of food and staff have been on a massive decline Tonight there was a large man with a beard sweating over the food with no beard net on who looked like he was folding wraps rather than making a burrito If he’s had any training I’m guessing it was minimal Non of the other staff seemed to care too busy making takeaway orders with a shop full of people stood waiting whilst 1 absolutely useless man attempted to serve everybody My 9 years of coming to this place multiple times a week will unfortunately end tonight Go burrito is similar quality to the Asian kebab takeaways in the local area I would be embarrassed to take friends there at this point I would definitely avoid this place

We've been coming here for 9 years and it's barely changed at all. Same delicious food, friendly service, moderate amount of upstairs sitting. It feels a bit on the pricier side if you order items individually, but well worth it as a combo.

Go Burrito? More like No Burrito. My friend and I are tourists visiting Lancaster from France. For our last night in town we wanted something nice but quick to take home as it was below freezing outside. That’s when we found Go Burrito on google maps, with a generous 4 and a half star review. As we walked in, we were passively disturbed by the food on the counter not looking fresh at all, as if it were made long before being served and was just sitting there getting stale for hours, maybe even days. Due to the miraculously high ratings, and the fact that it was getting late and very cold, we decided to go against our will and ordered our food. The process of ordering the burrito was illogical, and confusing due to the amount of random condiment varieties scattered around, and the fact that they don’t have ketchup for the chips, instead you have to choose a burrito sauce for it. In addition, we didn’t even have the choice of eating inside the restaurant, as when we asked the employee for a reason, he just responded with “the upstairs is a mess at the moment.” Let’s just say that the wrap tasted exactly how it looked, stale and not fresh whatsoever. The meat was very salty and some grains of rice were as hard as a rock. Chips didn’t look fresh either, and neither did the sauce. My friend’s chips were as hard as ice. I can not fathom why this place has such high ratings, my only guess is that it went downhill recently. To be avoided, unless it massively turns around. I will not be back.

Food was vile and half the order was missing. Number doesn't even work to ring and speak to someone and complain. Massively gone down hill recently. No wonder the Morecambe shop shut. The image attached was meant to be a large naked go burrito. Just got this little bowl of slop. Disgusting and vile. Would not order from this place anymore.

I was there when this place opened and I recall all the students went crazy for it. Having not been exposed to burritos before the concept of mexican subway (build your own) was spectacular. I have now travelled the world, visited many burrito bars in many places however GoBurrito remained in my view the best. This weekend I had the opportunity to return to Lancaster and test my theory.. ... I was not disappointed in the slightest! Incredibly fast service, plentiful portions, unbelievable value and honestly the most flavour from the meat and spicy rice! Hopefully it won't be another 8 years before I have another but if it is, it will still be worth the wait!
