   After a couple of disappointing places Boothroyd spotted this bar. A good real destination with four handpumped real ales. Had the Marble brewery best Manchester bitter. Surprisingly large bar with a good sized room beyond the central bar. Some pavement seating to the front. Deems popular with families and dog owners. Big craft beer selection in the fridges. One "does everyone" toilet.

   Support your local! Decent little independent beer house with carry out available. Always got a good selection of beers, craft ales, ciders etc. Atmosphere can be a bit hit and miss, but don't let that put you off.
