   I cannot commend the staff here enough. In particular Anne who has twice moved heaven and earth to help me put together an outfit at short notice. Being rather tall, I've always struggled to find clothes that fit well and give me confidence. I feel like I've found my place now and I'll be coming here for many years.    Went in to get a suit for a wedding, I've never bought suites from Charles Tyrwhitt before, and arrived at their door after a disappointing trip to a nearby retailer. I had excellent service from Charles, he quickly found three suite that fitted me and once a suite was selected he then helped me select shirts and ties to match. Im now a new customer and would gladly return to buy suits in future

   Went into the store, greeted by Josh, and was very helpful and provided exceptional service in my selection of shirts He is really knowledgeable and courteous. Also, the lady on the till, didn’t get her name, with dark hair, was also helpful. Would highly recommend anyone.

   Very dissappointed with the flat, dull service received here. I dealt with 3 members of staff all whom has zero personality and made zero effort to converse. Made for an awkward and flat atmosphere. Won't be in any rush to return. Then compounded by being asked if i had paid for the purchase i made and requested to provide a receipt on exit. Simply as i hadn't opted for a bag. Pretty standard rubbish retail experience really and no wonder the high street is failing.

   Saw an advertisement online about discounted shirts from this store. My birthday was approaching and I fancied a new shirt so I thought why not. I order the shirt online and was given speedy and greatly delivered correspondence via email, with a date to come and pick up my shirt in store. When I went to grab my shirt I was dealt with in a very professional Manor by the gentleman who were working that day and collected my shirt with no issues. Whilst in-store I got to see the shear quality of the merchandise in store and was bissing to try my shirt on at home. When I got home I wasn't disappointed and believe I have had an absolute bargain purchasing this item for its marked down price. It looks good feels great and has to be a favorite of mine. I will definitely be back in the future. I really rate this place highly get down there now!!!

   Excellent place here, lovely atmosphere with a non pressure to buy experience. I was served by a lovely lady called Rebecca who helped me find my correct size. After trying a good few shirt sizes I found one that was comfortable for me. Amit was very good and Ann who served me. She pulled out a good variety of shirt types which I chose from which was very helpful. She also told me they did a NHS discount of 25% off which I didn’t know about and is excellent. Shirts are very good quality and I was overall very pleased with my experience. Will be returning in the future. Thanks!

   Charles Tyrwhitt have be a constant in my life for quite a few years.I have bought my shirts from this firm on line in the past,they are fantastic quality. The shop it's self has allowed me get sized properly and take advantage of all the other fab clothes. There are always lots of friendly knowledgeable staff ready to help. Also if it's not in store it can be ordered and sent to your house.
