   My friends, family and I meet here fairly regularly and have been coming for years but recently I've noticed that the consistency and overall quality of food, drinks and service has been better than ever. We've tried breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks here and have always had a brilliant time. The food is great and the team are always professional and polite we're booked in for Christmas Fayre next and can't wait

   We had my father's wake at the countryman. Buffet was excellent, a good selection, service excellent and booked the whole restaurant. My father loved it here. To be honest wouldn't go anywhere else locally. He lovedtheir breakfasts and Sunday lunch. I'll always remember this day, a celebration of my father's life. Thank you to Daniel and his staff.

   Had a lovely visit here- the food was really lovely and the service was excellent. I Had the Steak and Cajun and despite a small issue with my meal, which was sorted as quickly as possible by the wonderful lady serving us- really really enjoyed the food :). The atmosphere is lovely- the pub was pretty full, but we didn't feel like we'd been squeezed in like you do in some pubs. All the staff on sight were polite and very welcoming, I would definitely recommend the Countryman to anybody.

   Simply the best food without a doubt in this area all food is locally sourced and delicious.The staff are friendly and polite they are always eager to help. If you haven't tryed this place I would highly recommend a visit you wouldn't be disappointed.
